Recently you cancel one of my booking due to the lack of my credibility

 

Let's talk about integrity first.

Every day I watch guests walk past my fully licensed and permitted property and stay at a property that has no permit and the owners are illegally in the country and working illegally.

These people are coming from your platform.

Airbnb is aiding and abetting illegal activities all over the world and you have the audacity to talk about my credibility.
With one phone call I could get a lot of people arrested and deported tomorrow for using Airbnb Platform illegally but I am not like that.

I do have the thing you think Iack. Credibility.

 

Why did you cancel this reservation and not her friends who booked at the same time..

 

My Booking.com rating is 8.4 from 119 from reviews. I would say that's pretty credible.

10 years of service with them and none of this treatment you are giving me.

 

I have had one customer that fed you a load of lies and you believed him.

If you know how to use google you will see Andy's Surf Villa andsd Villa Senja Seminyak  is highly rated.

 

I don't mind you not giving me customers because my worst customers always come from the few AIRBNB  previously sent me.

I have had people break my windows, smash my rental scooters and lie because they want to change location.

Many of these people  these people come from Airbnb. when you did send me a few.

 

Airbnb customers  seem always want something for nothing.

They don't respect house rules because they rort the review system. They go out and leave the air conditioners, lights and fans on because they are not paying for the electricity.

 

I would like to improve our relationship but this can only happen if your company takes both sides of the story.

This is not sour grapes because Booking.com amd expedia keep us full.

 

I have had airbnb people stay with me who have had no trouble.

I have stayed with Airbnb people all over the world and they have had no trouble with my integrity.

Hi @Merry13! I am sorry you feel so disappointed in Airbnb. First of all, this is an Airbnb forum for hosts and guests, no representative from Airbnb is going to see this. You need to contact them personally and try to find a solution. Secondly, Airbnb clearly states that the owners/renters are personally responsible for running their businesses legaly, there are so many properties  they can not possibly inspect them all regularly. If you know which costumer is lying, get proof and send it to Airbnb. Airbnb doesn't send you custumers, they just browse through a lot of properties and decide what they want for themselves. Don't feel like this is something personal against you and your integrity, Airbnb is just a big company and they can't possibly check everything at the moment of complaint but I am sure if you send them proof everything will be resolved soon.
