cannot view ltinerary

In need of help! I have booked a trip and the status is confirmed in my trips section, however when I click on the Itinerary it will not load just a blank page. The place is also not coming up in the searches. I have contacted the host with no response as of yet. Has anyone else had this problem? I am a little worried as accommadtion around the time of Sziget festival gets booked up so fast!!!

 

Any help would be great!!!!!!

Step 1: Log into Twitter

Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them.

Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response.  

@Laura-Jane0 you might try logging into AirBnB from an entirely different computer / phone / device.

That might help solve the problem and at least let you see our reservation.

@Matthew285 @Jeff158 Thank you both for your responses. I have contacted airbnb (waiting for a response) and I have also logged in using another computer which has shown my itinerary! Just a panic as the festival gets booked up so qucikly and finding reasonable accommodation is hard to come by! You have been very helpful!
