I had information and pictures of how to get to my location with pictures of what to look for and who to ask for after a confirmed booking. I don't see any of it any more, what happen?

@Jose806 I have the same problem: check-in guide has disappeared and previous link is dead. Airbnb customer support has been "looking into it" for over a week.

Hi there

This has just happened to me.

Have you had any outcome yet?  I hope so.  I have found my link on my Channel Manager and it still works, but seems to be lost in cyberspace!  Air BnB is looking into it.  Disappointing as it wasted much time and looks unprofessional.  My guest is checking in tomorrow.

That's very interesting. I'm new, and yesterday I saw a pop up that would allow me to take pictures for each step of the check in, which seemed like a very good idea. Today I cannot find that option.
