co-hosting payout preferences

I am a primary co host and cant find where to sort the spit payment method??

Have been in payout preferences and there is nothing indexed with splitpayment on it?

Please help

I am not sure is this working. I am trying to add new payout method (bank transfer) and the system "freezes" when I press the next button. It is loading for hours. I have tried this on three different browsers 2 different PCs
