give me 2 stars. I just tell him, that it isnt fear come with a big dog and left apartment with full dog hair. That day I put another guest in another apartment, because I didnt clean in time, it was too much of dirt.

@Maja140 I don't think Airbnb will delete rhat comment if it's nit against their policy. Also, we are not Airbnb customer service but this is a community forum and we are all hosts here so it doesn't really matter if we believe you or not. Don't worry about one bar review, you will get many more good ones in no time.
