contacting AIRBNB

I have tried to contact AIRBNB by phone on 4 occasions. I listen to shocking music for 20 minutes and then the phone disconnects. you try to find help and the help centre sends you around in circles. I appreciate this is an online service but I cannot locate an email address to contact them on.

I am about to pull the plug on them with a question that should be settled in a minute.

I need to know how to reinstate a cancelled reservation. cancellation due to a misunderstanding.

Also I have a minimum two night stay yet AIRBNB have said on the weekend it is one day. I want this changed to two days.

I have far more luck sending them a message via twitter than reaching them by phone.

I am not sure what number you are trying to ring, but maybe try this one - 02 8520 3333.  I have used this number a couple of times.

@Bill61 I find that Twitter is the best way to initiate non-emergency contact with AirBnB. Send a Direct Message to @AirbnbHelp. They generally respond within a few minutes to an hour, and they will quickly escalate your issue to email or phone if necessary (and you don't sit on Hold). If you don't know how to send a Direct Message in Twitter, do a little research; it's NOT the same as a standard tweet.

 Tried to add a phone number to my listing and instead I added 4 extra digits to my existing number. Now I can't edit that. Therefore my listing has the wrong number HELP
