different price

Hi

I am trying to take the booking from a very understanding lady.

Firstly I notice that the price she was quoted differs from that I set on the calendar.  It is even less than the price would be with a weekly discount!

Secondly the lady wanted to have an extra bedroom and has agreed to a slightly raised price.  Now I have been trying to adjust this without success.  I found that I should reject the booking and offer her a Special Offer.  Ok, so I did reject it - but I cannot find a way to now make this Special Offer - please help!  She is waiting for me!

Also my first airb&b client was wonderful and I was sent a message from airb&b to say that they would be paying the agreed amount less their 3% (gave me the figure) within 24hrs.  Well I was most dismayed to find the amount that reflected in my account was 18% less than that figure.  I cannot afford to let my apartment at that rate.  Why has this occured!!!
