displaed dates

I am setting up for the first time I have put all my available dates in. The site hasn't gone live yet but when I preview the site and click on available dates they are not agreeing with the dates I entered mostly they are showing the first available day as the sat not the Friday I am sure I have missed a setting any ideas

Check under Pricing and Availability and then the subheading - Calendar Availability. If your Preparation Time is set to require extra time between bookings, it maybe not allowing the first available day. Reset it to none. And then change it back after your first booking if you wish to have a day between.
