I have created and saved several templates - a standard response to an inquiry, a response when an actual booking has been made, a day before confirmation and welcome, and an after-visit thank you.
When I've replied to a message, I'm given an option to use a saved message. When I click on that prompt, it shows me messages I have saved, as well as giving me the option to create a new message, and then save it
I still have to manually send my saved responses when needed, so they're not automated, but at least I have a standard response that at worst, only requires some minor editing or personalization. It's been a real time saver!
