fake listing

Hi everybody, can someone please help me?

I've found 2 fake listing that has copied arguments and pictures from my listing of my Beach Heaven Maldives guest house:

I need please that Airbnb cancel immediately these two false listings, that are using also pictures from my Facebook page:

You can go to the fake listings and click on the flag icon under the booking panel. Click 'other' and a message window appears, so you can tell airbnb that it is fake.

Thank you Helen, I've done it but nothing has happened and these fake listings are still online!

I have heard of others who flagged the fake listings and they were taken down immediatley.

I've flagged the fake listing, but they are still online. It's very bad if airbnb do not care of fake listing!!!

Same here. Reported listing by flag several time. Connected by email several times. Chatted with support. Nothing happened. Seems they don't care.
