Hi there, can somebody explain me where i can find in my account the percentages of fees for the host and guest?

The fees are mentioned in the HELP:

As you will notice the Host Service is a fixed percentage, the Guest Service fee is variable.

To see the Guest Service Fee exactly, simulate a booking on your own listing:

(Or use the price calculator in the listing calender, when managing the listing)
