@Balpreet0 ,

Welcome to hosting!

Lovely place; I would definitely stay!

A few of minor things that you can do

-say something about yourself in your profile;

-lose some of the extranious photos;

-set photo #33 as your main photo;

-add a carbon monoxide detector;

-ask a friend or family member to edit;

You may want to consider adding a few more house rules and policies. You have such a great place.

Hope this is helpful.

Hello @Balpreet0

your place looks lovely!

1. Photos

I think do a slight touch up in lighting them just to make the spaces pop out especially that of the house itself. It looks like a naturally light space but was probably taken photos of on a not so bright day. Slight editing can do wonders.

2. Description

Overall it is too plain, I get that with the images being so lovely and truthfully people not reading the listing properly it feels like a why bother moment. However- features about the area which may make sense to you might not be so obvious for others.

Improve the narrative- point out what makes it a home. Why does it feel like a home away from home- is it comfy? What makes it comfy... the time spent in this would naturally just push as to bring more traffic and hopefully more bookings.

Beds/bedroom breakdown- are these memory foam, ottoman, soft, medium, hard beds....

Honestly anything you think is obvious about your place just mention it- as not everyone will be as familiar with your area or space as you.

2. house rules

please consider being more strict- according to this I can drink heavily there, I can have guests come over.... be more formal in this part.

3. Traffic

when traffic seems low we look to spend some time in the booking and settings of our listing and this usually helps build it up! Increased traffic hopefully increases conversion rates!

Good luck!
