Well I am new at airbnb, I have a few days that I have listed my property. Please tell me all the steps that I have to follow in order

to get some bookings.

Hello @Vasilis10. If you type in the search here, in the community center, 'new host more bookings' or something similar, you will get swaths of topics with plenty of advice.

@Vasilis10, I think your listing is ready. It shows up on the map in a search for Peramu, Corfu, Greece on the first page (#5 of 37).

I did notice that the earliest the guests can book is 6 May 2018. Is this correct?

@Matthew0 thanks for the reply. My apartments operate  in the summer  season hence I operate on May. @Mariana0 thanks for the reply,  I hope that I will get some bookings soon. I just  wanted to check  if there is something extra that I did not do.
