guest cancelling

I have a guest who has just booked but now needs to cancel

She wants me to cancel as she says she wont get her money for days

I dont want to affect my hosting status

Question - if she cancells and its only an hour, will the money go back to her staright away ?

If you cancel or agree to cancel, @Dayburn-Property-Managem0, you will be punished. Read in the forum - a host must never cancel.

As for cancellations, the refund is based in the host's cancellation policy and the time of cancellation:

Hi @Dayburn-Property-Managem0 from a fellow Daylesfordian host. Is it Kanchania (spelling?)? I see you cancelled her, your calendar for Hillendale will now be blocked for those dates and you will be fined.
