A guest accepted the booking but he didn't show up at the time we specified. In my stats tab I noticed he cancelled the raservation, probably after realizing he won't show up and the room was clear for the night but he didn't apear.
As I see, I am elegible for the payment for my service as any other place offering services such as this.
how can I be protected from things like that happening and how can I get what I deserve?
