guest long term stay

Hello all! I have a guest booked for 31 nights. Is it expected that he wash his own sheets and towels during that time? Or do I provide a clean set weekly? What about the cleaning of the bathroom and vacuuming the room? Any suggestions would be great.

I provide guests with a new set on request, i clean public spaces and ask the guest what they prefer for the cleaning of room . Most younger people like privacy and prefer to keep the room clean themself, while some older guest prefer some weekly "roomservice". Just ask the guest !

It all depends on what you agree with the guest...he/she may prefer privacy than somebody changing his sheets and towels, or he may be having a different expectation regarding the topic than you...the best thing would be to talk it out with your guest, and even agree to an extra cleaning fee
