Hello, Last month I had a guest for two weeks. She was very pleased with her stay and she left us a note at home telling us how happy she is from her stay. I contacted her as time passed and she didn´t leave her review at the airbnb website after the stay. She told me she never recieved an email that anables her to leave a review, and she doesn´t know what to do. This is her first use of the airbnb services. Please help.
Hi @Idan7. If two weeks passes after her check-out there is nothing she can do to write a review. You may inform future guests that such emails might be treated as spam, and simply not appear in the main inbox.
