guests who have two profiles?

Hi, could someone shed some light on my situation.... I have a guest coming who in our initial conversation she was using one profile and then when she actually booked with me she said she had to switch to another profile. The first newer profile does not have any reviews about her, and the profile she ended up booking with has two good comments. I know I should have asked her why, but does anyone know why someone would do this?

I can think of a few reasons, but interested to know what her reason is.

One reason could be that she once had a partner and the travelled together - they have split up and she has changed the profile back to just her name, etc

One Of my guests did that.. it was because her girlfriends profile had the money on it not hers.. but she told me what she was doing and why.. Just ask them I'm sure they won't mind tell you.. they could be spys maybe james bond and need to stay incognito 🙂
