have problem about cancelled reservation

Hello , 

I already call airbnb just now but my problem not yet solve .

I have a guest to check in on this week until off end month , but today have something happened about cancellation from my side . 10 guest get cancellation from our side. But i not do anything cancellatoon.  Maybe have some one hack my account . What should i do to get my guest back ? Can u remove the cancellation ? Please i need your help .
