Hi, 

 

We 've got 2 questions :

 

- In the next general assembly of co-owners, there will be the discussion about the co-owners who rent their room through airbnb.

We are only 2 co-owners who do this. The rest seems not to agree with our choice (too noisy, people don't want to buy a flat near somebody who is renting the flat trough Airbnb, difficulty to sell the apartment, ...).  We would like to know if there is some good arguments that we can use in the general assembly to confort our point of view. Did Airbnb have already deal with this kind of issue ? What was the result.

 

- We has been asked to participate to the airbnb plus program. We don't have any TV in our apartments (even in the apartment where we live). We only have a WIFI connection. Do you know if you don't fulfil all the requirements we still can access to the Airbnb Plus stage ?
