host reward and check in

Before I became a airbnb guest, the website says, I could get $230 if I become a host.  So I registered to be a host.  Now, I already had one booked in my room. But I still cannot see my money. Could you tell me what the problem is.

How I get you know the guests Checked in?

You will not receive the credit until the guest has completed their stay and it meets the criteria for the reward.

My guests had moved out for 3 days. I wonder when I can get the reward. because I want to use it in my future trip.
