how much is the booking fee to air bnb for locating a patron for me

is the booking fee a monthly set amount or a percentage per booking, i cannot locate it anywhere on this site.

@Lucky41 Airbnb only charge a fee once a booking is taken.

There are two possible fee structures

Host only fee -

This is 16%+VAT of the total price of the stay paid by the host or

Split fee - 

Guest pays 14.2%+VAT

Host pays 3% + VAT

If you use a channel manager or live in certain countries you are forced to use the host only fee

Most hosts pay the split fee option
