how to select cable tv

in the edit mode for amenities, it offers tv.  I have tv so clicked it.  But in the preview mode, the shows tv, yes, but also show cable tv and it is crossed out.  So, I click edit, go to amenities, and there is no cable tv option to select!  Please help!  Same with "family/kid friendly.  It shows crossed off in the preview mode, so I go to edit mode for amenities, and it does not even offer that to select.  I am frustrated.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

I think its odd that it doesn't appear on your profile.

I would go back to https://www.airbnb.com/manage-listing if I were you and go through it all one step at a time.

I just checked mine and its there alright.

It is directly under TV and above Air conditioning in my list, @Joanne70. Same as @Christian65. Perhaps a US host can check for you, too, to see where it shows up.

Also, @Joanne70, the kid-friendly thing is under House Rules, which is under Booking. That one is not in Amenities.

I have the same problem ad Joanne its not in my options but its listed in my unit my current guest right now is mad because he thought that I have a cable

Hey everyone,

I have same issue with amenities. I dont see tick box for Cable TV and Buzzer/Wireless intercom on amenities page. Does anyone know what is going on and how we can fix this? I am desparate...
