@Michael810, I see that you have your listings set up so that people can rent individual rooms or the whole place (all 5 rooms).

Do you think that when people think your place is not available for bookings that they are looking at the calendar for the whole place (all 5 rooms) when they mean to only book 1 room? Having one of the single rooms booked would make the "whole place" listing unavailable, even though there were single rooms still available for booking.

i'm sure you are right ....at first i had only one listing...but mentioned i had 5 rooms ...so airbnb told me to make a listing for every room ...i did and now i still have a problem ...we had a massive storm called irma that all but destroyed saint martin ....i had no internet for 3 month  and could not reply to any requests ...so i was told by air bnb they going to cancel my hosting ...trying to talk to someone is impossible too...my ratings are allways between superhost and being fired ...fustrating to say the least ....thank you for replying i still dont know what to do....
