if i made an reservation by accident due to internet disconnetion. how can i cancel it?

I was gonna book the first accommdation but it shows disconnetion of the website.

Then i thought this booking is not successful, then I booked another one.

After finishing booking, I found out the first one which shows disconnection is booked as well. And money deducted from my bank twice.

I dont know how to cancel one of it and get my money back

@Wang9  You're going to need to call AirBnB for 2 reasons. First the service fee's are not refundable if you book two places for the same nights. You'll need to explain it to them to get them reimbursed to you. Secondly being charged twice you need to discuss that with them also.
