I am from Sutton, Surrey, London UK. I want to list my spare room in Airbnb. I tried to find out what permissions I should get from local council. I did call to my council too but I couldn’t get any information from them. Does anybody know about this and suggest me what and how to start Airbnb hosting

I live in london, and here is not needed to get permission to rent your spare room. You just need permit to do short term rent for a full flat or house, over 90 days.
