Why do I receive emails from airbnb re bookings most of the time and not when you most need one. I took a day off as I wasn't expecting a booking, and then found I had an accepted enquiry with no notification.

The enquiry was after 6pm for the next morning and I was away from home. 

I hadn't checked airbnb as I thought I would get email notification of any possible bookings.

Haha they are trying to keep you on your toes!

Timings seem very haphazard with notifications. Would you set your listing so you get a couple of days' notice?
