iphone - switching account

Hi

i have several accounts for different listings.

i realized that some hosts have a ‘switching account’ button without sign out, and from some reason I don’t have it.

i use iPhone.

any idea?

@Shiran-and-Julien0 it's against Airbnb's terms of service to have more than one account...
