listed but doesn't appear when searching

Since June 09 i stopped having enquiries.

From my account i can see my listing "Furnished apartment from owner" (Cairo / egypt) and the status is listed and can see my property on the map as everything is going well .

I went to check from another browser (without logging in - as if i am tenant) i coudn't find it on the 17 pages list .... any ideas? 

And if in need to contact airbnb . how can i do it??

I am not much help. I am not sure which settings in your account prevent your listing from coming up. I also searched for Cairo, near the airport but didn't see your listing. 

A few things for you to take into account though. Your response rate is 60%, which means you don't respond to requests within 24 hours by approving, declining, or accepting a reservation request. Do that instead of simply sending messages to guests. 

Your monthly discount is 40% off, which is too high. Set it no more than 15%. Othersie if I want to stay for 3 weeks, I might as well book for a month and get a cheaper deal.
