listing not being seen!

We have not been getting any enquiries recently having always had a regular stream and have just realised that our neighbour has her house listed too for much more and it is covering our listing - maybe because she offers instant booking? Therefore our less expensive listing is being COMPLETELY hidden by hers on the map and leading to the lack of interest which is a shame as we have a nice home and have had great reviews from our guests over the last couple of years! Please help with how we can resolve this!

@Tom48 I don't know if there is much to do. From my queries, I also noticed that instant bookings get listed first, so you should consider turning that on, if it's a possibility for you. Other than that, try to get improve your amenities, I guess? It is difficult to pinpoint exactly what they measure to display a listing.

i registered a few years back but only recently managed to get up and running due to family illness. anyway, i just had my first guest and it was great. I have been telling people i am on airbnb however everyone tells me unless they put the exact location in i am not seen on viewing how do i get over this please as i have a great property just need to be seen how do i get pushed up search.

Hi @Julie600

In your settings do you ask for guests to be verified by airbnb.

If so, your listing will only show for guests that are verified by airbnb.

You are not verified and your friends are probably not verified which means your listing won't show when you search.
