long term guests and maintaining super host status

Hi. I recently achieved super host status. Yeah...I am finding a trend of obtaining long term reservations for my listing. My present guest is a travel nurse and may stay a total of 13 weeks. A question I have is will this affect my super host status because I may not have the requirement of 10 reviews? It is my understanding that guests can reserve only one month at a time. Can they submit a review each month to help count for the required 10 reviews?

You always need to have completed 10 stays within the last 365 days, so this should be no problem over the course of the next year.  If you get a second long stay guest, I would recommend you temporarily change your maximum length of stay to a week or so just to keep you in the safe zone.  Just always be sure to maintain 10 visits in the last 365 days.  If you get several short stays, you can change back.

It does seem weird, though.  The company is discouraging long stays because of this requirement.  I hope they are aware of this, and I have seen this issue come up before.  You could post this problem to host voice (or better yet, find a posting already there and "like" it).
