Afternoon! I'm new to airbnb - I am supposed to be monitoring/managing the airbnb account for bookings & manage the property. The owner lives in FL - I am in ST Thomas USVI. I've noticed that he gets the messages days before they show up on my laptop where I have airbnb up - many times daily I look at the site for messages - sometimes clicking on/opening other tabs - dashboard or whatever to attempt to "wake it up" to get messages. Nothing is working. Owner responded to guest communication Fri Feb 3 - there were a couple messages back & forth - this was around 6:30 PM. I just now got that stream on my laptop. Sometimes I have to go to the "new reservations" tab then click on the individual guest & the "message" option there & once in awhile I'll get to see a new message. This is effing crazy making.....I sooooo look forward to help! Thank you!! Chloe
