messages not showing

messages not showing

Hi

I am receiving my guest's messages to my email address but they aren't showing up on the Airbnb inbox.

Is this a glitch or only a problem for me?

I always message via the airbnb inbox so it's concerning me that the ones guests have sent me are not showing up!

Lovely to meet you. Sorry to hear you are having difficulties seeing your emails in your Airbnb Inbox. 

 

Can I check what browser you are using? Also, I would recommend trying a different browser to see if you are experiencing the same thing ie. if using Chrome, try it on Safari for example. Also, if you haven't already try clearing your browser history and cache as this has helped me in the past.
