messages

Our listing shows 3 messages but I cannot locate them to read?  Please advise.

Actually, when I clic on messages, it shows 3 under "notifications"  again, that I cannot access?

I've had messages from guests delayed TWICE through the Airbnb website and app. WHAT is going on?? That is not acceptable. I have a 100% response rate for responding within the hour. I cannot accept that messages are being delayed in reaching me by DAYS. Anyone else having this problem? How do we communicate with Airbnb directly?? I'm heading over to their Facebook page right now, that might get a response....

Yes, their messages have been delayed this past week. They know about it and claim it has been fixed. It has been fixed for me as far as I'm aware. If it's still delayed for you, you'll definitely want to report it to them so it doesn't persist.

@Dee-and-Mike0 notifications on your dashboard are shown as messages in the page (with red number on the inbox icon). 

Are you sure you cannot have access to those 3 notifications? 

When you go to Host and then Dashboarb, you must be able to see the notification written in red. Notification can be about reviews that guests wrote f.e. 

I have 3 in red on app icon. They have been there for days. I have opened up every screen under travel or host and don't anything referencing these 3 messages. Any ideas?!
