Actually, when I clic on messages, it shows 3 under "notifications" again, that I cannot access?
I've had messages from guests delayed TWICE through the Airbnb website and app. WHAT is going on?? That is not acceptable. I have a 100% response rate for responding within the hour. I cannot accept that messages are being delayed in reaching me by DAYS. Anyone else having this problem? How do we communicate with Airbnb directly?? I'm heading over to their Facebook page right now, that might get a response....
@Dee-and-Mike0 notifications on your dashboard are shown as messages in the page (with red number on the inbox icon).
Are you sure you cannot have access to those 3 notifications?
When you go to Host and then Dashboarb, you must be able to see the notification written in red. Notification can be about reviews that guests wrote f.e.
