minimoum payout

Hello!
I'm trying to set a minimoum payout ammount and -although it seems that the page is reset- I can't. In the preference methods, there is not the minimoum amount in parenthesis, as it was in previous cases. Is it only my problem? May that has sth to do with the particular minimoum ammount of money I want to set? (is it too little? (20 euro)
