missing payout

Hello,

I am starting to feel a bit desperate ... I'm missing a payment that according to the airbnb messages should have arrived on the 13th of August. I have got money before, and after, so there should be no problem. But I have now been in contact with the airbnb support five times, the last time I called them on the phone. And nothing happens. Someone is always going to ”escalate the ticket” but no-one ever contacts me or tries to resolve it. The sum is 350 euros and I really need it ...  What should I do? My last message isn't even answered with the usual polite chit chat ...
