multpile listing issues

Hi my father is new to hosting as well as myself

Someone set up my father as a host but added his two rooms that are available in 3 listings as follows:

1st listing - double and single room

2nd listing - single room

3rd listing - double room

As i hope you can see he is finding this very confusing for his guests and also for him as the chances of someone booking the double room twice is very high.

As he has bookings on his calendars for all three listings how do I remove the 1st listing (the double and single room together) without losing the guest information and so he is left with just the 2 rooms as individual listings making sure there are no double bookings

I hope this makes sense and I thank you in advance for any suggestions

Hello @William0

You can use the snooze feature to prevent any additional bookings on it until after the booked reservation takes place. Then, you delist it for good or keep it hidden for 6 months at a time.

...then scroll to the very end of the page and it says: Deactivate this listing
