this is a community of Airbnb hosts (primarily) and guests- we do not work for Airbnb. 

I strongly suggest you get in contact with them directly- good luck to you.

@Ingeborg16    The host does not need to change the dates if the dates are available on the calendar.  You can make a change to your reservation using the option on your reservation confirmation.  If you did that and did not get the change, you need to speak with Air BNB, not post on a public forum.  Here  is a guide for contacting Air BNB.  Good luck!!
