Hi, 

There is a guest coming tomorrow and she is not answering me about what time she is coming. She cannot cancel booking as it is not flexible. But what happens if she comes and i am not at home in the evening?

@Mina108 Find a plan B where u can leave key somewhere for her to pick up and send her the update, with Option A where u are able to check her in and Option B where u will leave key somewhere in case she reaches the location outside ur check-in time. And all in the messaging system. In case she does not show up u will still get paid at least for 1 night or more

@Mina108 it would be good if you could contact Airbnb and have them contact her. The guests always magically respond to Airbnb immediately.
