I am soo frustrated as we as hosts have not been able to contact airbnb support directly for the past year.

I have been an airbnb host and superhost for 3 years now.
Please advise what to do as I am not able to pre-approve or accept a new guests booking request. My calendar is not blocked, all the requested dates are available, but airbnb is not allowing me to accept this booking, simply replying that my calendar is blocked.
I have tried everything and double checked my calendar again, and again and again.
It is not blocked - I would really appreciated anybody's kind response, as this will count against for not responding to my guests request within 24 hours - which is out of my control at the moment, until airbnb fixes the problem....which in my past years experience does not happen at all. Have been left without any direct airbnb communication or any direct airbnb assistance. We are forced to use the community help centre - and this has not been useful to any of my enquiries this far - as this is only something which airbnb IT can sort out.
Even if you get to the page where you request direct airbnb assistance, you can only request the community help centre - I have tried everything to get direct contact and assistance with airbnb for the past year - nothing.
Looking forward to anybodies kind reply and or asssitance please.
