otkaz rezervacije

Ja sam prihvatila rezervaciju , a gost mi kaže da mu je rezervacija otkazana. U čemu je problem?

If the reservation has been cancelled, probably it is done by Airbnb for specific (security, no payment ?) reasons. Normally you will receive some message.
