paralel booking

Hi!

I have a place with 3 rooms, and now mostly families are up to 5 so they take only 2 of my 3 rooms. I would like to make the 3rd room (or any by guest desire) avaliable the same time. Idea - I ask people who are staying at my place, if they agree to share kitchen and bathroom with some other guests, and if ok, additional guests are welcome. But for now, my calendar shows "booked" dates, and so for example single person doesn't know such avalibility.  What should I do? I saw somewhere "allow booking on the same time" But I have lost it...  Or do I need to make new listing about this one room?
