Just to let you know as the Community Center is mainly for host to host discussion, it is not managed by any of the support team.
However, in regards to your question, I wonder have you checked your Transaction History in your Airbnb account? Once a payment has been sent a 'payout' line will appear for that reservation. More information on this can be found in this Help Center article.
If you still haven't received your payment, I would recommend contacting the Support Team directly, here is a useful Community Help Guide thread (created by hosts here in the CC) on the different ways to do this.
Lastly, as you post includes personal details, including your guest's names, for safety reasons as this post is publicly visible I have removed these. I hope this is fine with you.
