payment discrepancy

 Hi there,

 

I just received my first payout but it does not match up with the guidelines from AirBnB

 

So I had two different guests

 

One was for $318 AUD for 6 nights

The other was for $107 for 2 nights

 

After the second lot of two nights I received a payout of $323 and it now says there are no future transactions or payouts scheduled?

 

Does anyone know why these numbers are this and if there is more money coming?

@Camilla11 Just took a quick look at your calendar to see what your pricing is.  Do you know that it is blocked solid well into 2017? No one can make a reservation.  Go into Manage Listing > Calendar and More and unblock those dates that your place is available.

 

That said, without looking a your calendar, it's hard to say how that payout was determined if you had 2 separate, confirmed reservations. There is an option to have a minimum amount for payouts...typically some hosts who are charged for currency conversion do it to save on transaction costs.  Did you by any chance set a minimum?

 

Other than these suggestions, I would contact Airbnb and ask them what is happening with your payouts.  Here's how:

Check your reservation invoices which will have the breakdown of payment. 

Dashboard then Account then trasaction history you can click on reservation id number.
