payment method error

Hi-

I am new to hosting. I have been trying to connect my bank account to receive payments and receive this message: An error occurred while processing your request.

Clearly this is a back end technical problem as I've tried multiple bank accounts. There doesn't seem to be anyway to contact Air Bnb  so I'll just leave this here. Real challenging wanting to rent my place out if payment systems might not work... 

Any suggestions? I'll just try a paypal but this is concerning.

Same problem trying to add a different bank account. Am getting a different but similar type of error message. Why is it made so difficult to contact Air BnB admin for help?
