payment not received

hallo,

 guest arrive on 31 August and payment not received, code for western, thanks and awaiting your answer,

@Tamar63  While this is not a formal Airbnb support site, I may point you to check a few things before you contact Airbnb support

 

(1) Have you received email from Airbnb one day or two day after the guest check-in date?

(2) Go to Progress tab on your Airbnb mobile app and click View Transactions and check if the payment transactions are listed in the Completed Payouts or Upcoming Payouts. If it is not shown in either place, you need to contact Airbnb support immediately to have the issue resolved.  If it is shown in Upcoming Payouts, there must be an issue with guest payment. You need to talk to guest and ask the guest to contact Airbnb to have the issue resolved. If it is shown in Completed Payouts, there may be an issue between Airbnb and your bank during the payment transfer.
