A guest who has requested a week long reservation over Christmas has requested a payment schedule. She would pay half now and then half at the end of November. While the host does not receive payment until 24 hours after check-in, I see the appeal to the guest. I am trying to find how to do this in the Airbnb platform. I KNOW IT CAN BE DONE! The reason being, I just booked a week long stay myself and initially I had that option. While my reservation came from my second request to the host (an instant book property) the option had disappeared. The only difference was the host pre-approved me the first request I made.
Has anyone figured this out? I am searching the backend, but cannot find a setting like this.
