i got an reservation and i did not knot if the customer pay on the web site,

there is any option to know it on the reservation status?

If the reservation is confirmed the guests paid airbnb. A reservation cannot be confirmed unless it is paid for. Airbnb will then pay you after the guests check-in. 

I recommend to read up on all the basic knowlegde on how airbnb works. That way you will also feel more secure as a host.
