So Air BnB taking 24%

is that the standard cut ?

Hello @Donald92,

That doesn't look llike the standard cut. Usually Airbnb charges a host fee of 3%.

If a host has refunded a guest more than due under the cancellation policy Airbnb often deducts the refund amount from the next payout to the host. Have you refunded anyone recently?

If that guest paid in a currency other than Sterling there could be a currency conversion and conversion fee charged.

If the above suggestions don't explain it you should contact Airbnb support.
