Hi! I´m Mónica de Temporario Santa Fe. We manage several appartments and we have not received any payment in the last 15 days. We have 6 pending payments which are supposed to be credited in our bank accounts (2 accounts) but nothing happens. I called support 5 times and lastly they told me that my payments are being managed by Payoneer which I didn´t choose as my form of payment at all. I asked them to supress the Payoneer account (that is NOT in my profile) but they say they cannot do it and that I had to change it from my dashboard. How do I do it ?? It does not appear in my profile so I cannot suppress it since it is not there. I´ve been dealing with this issue for 15 days and don´t have an answer yet. It is causing me a lot of trouble. Please help. 😞
